Katie is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, speaker, and published author with more than 30 years of experience in mental health, healthcare, leadership, education, and clinical practice. She believes that the stories we tell—and the ones we rewrite—have the power to transform lives.
Featured by CP24, Global News, The Globe and Mail, and Sunnybrook Magazine, Katie is known for making complex psychological concepts practical, relatable, and inspiring. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy, where she chairs the Membership and Credentialing Committee.
